In the 10 years that Daniel has been the owner of Stockdale & Leggo Drysdale, Real Estate on the Bellarine Peninsula has seen brilliant growth and the growth corridor through Curlewis and Leopold has seen a lot of attention being given to this area.
Daniel has also served the local Real Estate fraternity by committing
his time as the REIV chairman of the Geelong Division for 2 years. His clients have
found comfort in dealing with both the director of the company and a senior
member of the REIV, in which brilliant results in the local Drysdale/Clifton
Springs market have been seen. In addition to being the director of the branch, Daniel is also a leading member of the Stockdale & Leggo franchise group, sitting on the sub-committee in order to direct the group in an ever evolving and dynamic industry.
Having started his career in the Real Estate industry in 1998, Daniel has an array
of accolades that have helped his clients get these results, including the Stockdale & Leggo silver award for commission earned in 07/08 financial year. Under his direction, the Drysdale office has accomplished many awards, including Top 15 office 2009, number 2 office 2010, number 1 Property Management Net growth for 2011, office silver award 2012 and Number 1 Sales office for the South West zone for three years in a row.
