Daniel is an outstanding agent who despite a difficult flooded market managed to sell my property and get me a great outcome. Daniel goes beyond normal agents. Before I renovated, I discussed what my plans were, and he gave me great advice on what not to do (as he thought I would be over capitalising). As it turned out, the advice was spot on, saving me a big chunk of money, right at the beginning. During the whole sale process, Daniel kept up great communication, informing me weekly on every inspection, with valuable good and bad feedback. Even though it is a tough market to sell units right now, Daniel still managed to pull it off, and made the sale process seem steady.
