Rex Sam walked the extra mile by giving us a video call to do an online inspection. Although we were not seen to be the typical keen buyer, Rex spent the time responding to our queries in WhatsApp and gave us follow up calls on time to assure we were not forgotten among the other prospective buyers. Rex also introduced to Ricky Chan of his team who can speak Cantonese to help our auction on the day.
