It started well, with a lot of help, but the enthusiasm disappeared and we were pressured to accept a much lower reserve. I felt bullied when I insisted on a higher reserve. We and the neighbours attending the auction were shocked at how little effort the auctioneer made, and how it was rushed. We were very disappointed by how the auction was conducted, and the result.
