Daniel at Plum Property Closed the deal

We have recently sold our property in Taringa with Daniel and his team. We were initially impressed by Daniels honesty but were especially excited by his proactive marketing approach ( no wasted advertisements in expensive newspapers / publications which more often than not hit the recycle bin before being looked at with this firm). Throughout the entire process Daniel or one of his team was on the phone after each open house to communicate the results. Our property was passed in at auction but a deal was negotiated within weeks at an acceptable outcome. During negotiations there was no pressure from Daniel to accept any offer.He had back-up plans in place. Would we use Daniel and the Plum Property team again? Absolutely! Thanks for a job well done.
