I have now dealt with Daniel Lee on 2 occasions-the sale of my parents' sub-penthouse in Taringa, & the sale of my 2 BR unit in St Lucia. During both sales campaigns he was professional, courteous, efficient, honest, available and just pleasant & easy to deal with. He helped us organise the makeover of both units prior to sale, & in our absence from Brisbane, we were able to leave most of the details in his capable hands. On both occasions we felt that he obtained the best possible price for the unit in a very short time and we were very happy with the outcomes.
