I would like to acknowledge and take this time out to thank Daniel for his service he provided in relation to selling our unit in Hornsby. This was our first time selling unit and was not sure of the process. I was told by friends to go ahead with Purple Bricks as there is no commission and flat fee. The day the agent from Purple bricks came to inspect my property and provide the appraisal last minute Daniel was sent by my Boss just to give me 2 opinions and appraisal. I made the worse decisions by going with Purple bricks only reason was the fee and property was listed for 6 weeks with no one attending the open home, no communication, and the last 3 weeks there wasn’t even an open home. I had kept calling my agent and at times no response for days or weeks. At this point i had lost hope in getting this unit sold and didn’t even think i would be able to buy my new home. I decided to turn back to Daniel and explained my situation. . He was so friendly and professional and gave me such great confidence . He said he will do what he can and ensured i don’t stress and worry. Which is what i needed to hear .
