We chose Daniel because after a cold door knock call at which he was prepared to offer a broad indication of the value of our property without the benefit of an internal inspection and followed up with some informative and useful Email summaries of local market conditions - perhaps on a quarterly or even longer basis, but certainly not intrusive. We would have liked to have commented on Daniel's communication and feedback throughout the sales campaign but although he did outline what appeared to be a very satisfactory plan, he managed to sell our property on the day of the first open for inspection which greatly pleased us as we were under some time constraints with respect to our next home. And we were very happy with the price offered, it was just a little over mid-range of Daniel's estimate so we don't think there can be any suggestion that we sold quickly and sold cheap. Daniel made the whole sale process a breeze. As I was selling from interstate I was fairly anxious but Daniel handled the sale with a perfect blend of professionalism and friendly service.
