sWe only found this property two weeks before the auction date , and Daniel working very diligently to arrange other inspection time for me to visit. Through out the inspection, Daniel could provide enough details including both pro and cons of the property, which we also confirmed with the council later on. During the negotiation stage, we could tell he acted on the owner's best interests, and we start considering to ask him to be our seller agent in the future.
