Once negotiations had concluded this is where Daniel really exceeded, and he is well and truly a step above your ‘average real-estate agent’. Nothing is too much trouble for Daniel, and it is clear he genuinely cares about his clients. It was after the negotiations concluded that Daniel went above and beyond, from relentless family inspections to his "that's not a problem" responses to my myriad of requests, he walked us through the settlement with ease and continues to follow up even after settlement, to the point on moving day he arrived with Crust, no less, pizza and soft drinks, a sight for sore eyes on moving day I can assure you. Daniel is a professional who makes the challenge of purchasing a new home less stressful.
