I was a pleasure working with Daniel to secure my family home site. Daniel was very helpful and honest and provided support and guidance throughout the negotiation process to secure the purchase. The only reason I didn't give a 100% satisfaction was the negotiations took alot longer than they should - but this was no reflection on Daniel, it was more to do with the Vendors circumstances which did add considerable stress at times. But in terms of Daniels performance, I think he is a gentleman and wouldn't hesitate recommending him to anyone.
