Once we told Daniel about our situation downsizing dad he got straight to work and was helping us in every aspect , from marketing , finance , inspections , communication, pointers about our next purchase. He really stepped up and helped me with it all as I was helping my dad downsize all the phone calls and paperwork was a massive task made simple with Daniels help. He helped around the house too would you believe it ? Yes changing light bulbs and helping us tidy the yard up ready for our first inspection. I really cant fault Daniel.
