Uses high pressure tactics to push price down to achieve sale
Daniel valued property $580k to $620k and said it should sell close to $600k. After less than two months pressured to sell at $550k. Sold week later at $560k and was told that’s the best you’ll ever get and bullied into sale. Told it was a cash sale and would exchange within week subject to building and pest report. This was not the case as purchaser did not have finances in place. He then lied and denied what he said but have message to confirm what I say.
