The process of selling your house can be quite daunting and stressful, and to be quite honest, I was dreading it. I have bought and sold quite a few times in the past and have even worked in the real estate industry myself, so I have been exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly. After interviewing four local estate agents, we decided to list with Daniel. I made a joke that he was the 'least annoying' of all the candidates. Well, there is some truth to that! In fact Daniel is very easy to get along with. He has a way of getting the job done smoothly. Sure, I still had to present the house in a clean and tidy manner, but Daniel kept the impact of the sales process on my family to a minimum by not asking for unscheduled inspections unless absolutely necessary. He also did not bother us with low verbal offers, or non constructive buyer feedback on our property. He remembered the names of not only our two dogs, but our cat and even our two rabbits! We felt that Daniel had our best interest in mind during the whole sales campaign and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
