Daniel McGuire strengths

Daniel McGuire was my selling agent for a 3 bedroom town house. He helped me negotiate a selling price off market, found a purchaser from his data bank and got the price I wanted. I felt comfortable with Daniel because he was a straight shooter and said things as they are, rather than pulling the usual salesman talk. He presented me with different scenarios, solutions, and tactics to sell my house. I believed him to be honest; and thing rare in real estate. I would recommend Daniel to anybody wanting to sell their property.

Daniel McGuire - Ray White St Kilda

Daniel was my appointed agent for the sale of my investment property in St Kilda. He brought a wealth of credible local knowledge to the table, which was refreshing after moving from another main stream real estate competitor in the area. He was collaborative in his approach, easy to talk to and a frequent communicator, keeping me abreast of all developments and sale strategies throughout the process. Importantly, he pursued sale negotiations with vigour and ultimately achieved a fantastic result. Highly recommended for the St Kilda (and Melbourne more broadly) real estate market.

Daniel achieved a result.

The market for older style investor units was unpredictable at the time we decided to sell (December 2014). In hindsight we chose a bad time to list (March/April). I found we had quite a few unanticipated expenses including lost rental to give prospective owners vacant possession. The property took much longer to sell that we expected. We put a good effort into presentation so that it was spotless for the new owner. I viewed many others on the market at the same time and it appeared that many in our price range put in no effort and appeared to get the same or better results. Our property did not get a lot of viewings and those who came were mainly bargain hunters. Many made unrealistic offers. The apartment was passed in at auction and sold a few weeks later for an acceptable price. It was a frustrating experience but Daniel maintained an optimistic attitude throughout.

DANIEL AND MATT

We recently sold our St. Kilda property and engaged Ray White to handle the sale. Being novices in this area we benefited enormously from the expert and courteous advice offered by Daniel .
