Daniel was professional, his sales plan and experiance allowed us to get $5000 more for our house than we were expecting. He had the buyer through our house within 2 hours of listing and sold soon after.
It took a while but Daniel did a great job trying to sell the house and evan though we didn't get what we wanted he pushed for the out come we finally got and was happy with and he is an easy person to get get along with and a great guy

Daniel demonstrated eagerness and persistence in finding us a property. He was willing to work with another agent if a property we liked was listed with them. In the end we liked the unit next to the one we viewed and although not listed, Daniel negotiated to assist with this matter. Prior to settlement going through there were a few matters that needed to be attended to within a short time frame. The members of DAD Realty worked together to reassure us that matters would be sorted and settlement could proceed. The "scratchie" was a nice gesture - thank you, but unfortunately our win was not enough to buy another property.
Daniel was on the ball - efficiently followed up on all requests and very easy and pleasant to deal with. My only criticism was his request for me to consider accepting specific deficiencies (example no retic controller, broken alarm) - would have been easier for me if Daniel insited the seller rectify. On the other hand maybe this is a reflection of poor negotiation on my behalf?
Daniel has a happy and friendly disposition. He is honest, knowledgeable and enthusiastic (selling our property within days). It was a delight to deal with him.
