When Daniel came to look at our property, we were very impressed with his enthusiasm and vision when assessing our property as to its value. Due to this, when our property sold three weeks later, we were extremely happy with the outcome. Daniel always responded promptly to our calls and request ( some while on his days off - sorry Daniel) and nothing has ever seemed to be a problem for him. He has always been friendly, polite, cheerful, respectful and professional while working with us throughout the sale and afterwards. At final inspection stayed at the back in the car if buyers needed anything explained Daniel came up ordered us off the property waited in the street for 40 and unaware of what was going on drove back in he came out my house yelling and screaming at us therefore termites we new nothing about l was called an idiot stupid and cheap this was with 2 small childre crying in the back and my daughter in law in tear as he was abusing her he locked us out and would not give us the keys luckily for him the conveyancer sorted it out so the police didn't have to get involved BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH HIM

Daniel did a fantastic job very professional at all but we felt totally at ease with him ,he was always available to answer any question well done daniel
