We discussed the possibility of selling an investment property before Christmas with Daniel. We agreed we would do an inspection first - to see what items needed to be repaired or tidied up. Total of these items was minimal. From there - we got the marketing done - and the property landed on the internet on the Monday as promised. The inspection on the Saturday had 21 groups go through of which four were interested and two of those made an offer on the day. The other two made an offer on the following Monday and it was sold there and then. The price achieved was almost 10% above my hopes and well above what I had even imagined would be possible. It has made our family home possible as a result. Thanks to Daniel and his team. I can not fault anything.
