We sold our Baulkham Hill property. Initially, my wife and I were looking for an agent based in that area. One day, Daniel was referred by an agent when we did a house inspection in inner west. The agent mentioned that Daniel performs very well in selling properties. Then we had three options at last. One is local agent in Baulkham Hill. (The agent is ok, ranked 2nd). The second one is an Inner West agent (We thought about them because we see these guys often. We observed their communications in auctions previously and found out that they were not trying hard for sellers). Why did we choose Daniel? 1, His profile is outstanding. We had a look at his portfolio. And I strongly suggest you to do so. 2, He is confident in our property and explain to us in details how we could approach to our selling price. 3, He is persistent with us. He indeed cares and want to invest more energy and time with us. It at least shows that he has a great attitude in his area of practice. I believe that is one of good characteristics of the best seller. 4, When the covid-19 broke out, we had the auction passed in. However, he still has faith in a better price. The final deal is for sure pleasing. 5, When we signed the paper, I asked Daniel: how did you sell our property in this tough time? I am really interested to know. You know what? He took out a piece of plain paper and explain to us with sketches that he gave specific advice to the buyer in terms of how to upgrade the property. That is why I define Daniel as "absolutely professional". 6, He is succinct with his wordings. You will never expect a not-related or illogical conversation with him. 7, He is like craft master, knowing the exact pace of the progression. When to call, when to push, when to pause, when to step back. Do listen to him if buyers would like to defer settlement days or something else. In conclusion, Sunny and I will definitely have him again when we want to upgrade our property next time!!!
