I could tell right away, his veteran like experience, his well presentation, and his friendly connection, his professional enthusiasm, he was an agent that wouldn’t give up after a hard fought day in the trenches. I picked this up right away, having never met him and communicating over the phone from Queensland. And so with Daniels first swing, he gave it to me straight. And that’s all I or anyone in a position of buying or selling wants. Honesty. A time when Sydney market was changing compared to previous years performances, Daniel was definately up for the challenge to sell my Apartment in Dee Why, NSW. We purchased our home through Daniel. He followed us up after the house was passed in at auction (given that we had inspected property earlier) . Until that point I have not given the house another thought since the inspection. He suggested that we have another private viewing, which we did and started to think that the place could work for us. Negotiations proceeded and we signed the contract.
