Honest, caring and extremely professional!

Daniel is an extremely professional, honest and respectful agent. He first valued my property over a year ago when I had no capacity to sell as I was in treatment for cancer. Over that year he phoned to check on me and not ONCE chased me to sell. I had been upfront about not wanting to sell and he respected that. Six months at least since we last spoke my circumstances changed. I had unexpected bought my dream home. I called Daniel and several local agents to value my property. Daniel was realistic in his valuation and the state of the current market. He not once spoke ill of other agents to promote himself. Daniel was completely professional. He had a strong plan for the sale of my property and knew he had to sell the property fast as I was due for major surgery. Daniel and Abrielle Ross worked tirelessly to show my unit in its best light. They secured me a very good sale price in a declining market. Daniel was always available to me and he and Abrielle promoted the property so well that within 3 viewings I had had nearly 50 people through and the property was sold in time for my surgery and I could relax and focus on my health.
