Having worked in real estate in the past and having purchased a few properties, I can be a tough judge. Dan was great to deal with from the very first enquiry on the property we made. Unlike other agents dealt with in Ballarat over the years, Dan respected our budget and what we were after - no hassling or trying to talk us into a price or product we didn't want. Professionalism and knowledge of the local market was evident which gave us great confidence. Dan appears genuinely interested in real estate, not just in making a sale. Communication was fantastic from beginning right through until settlement. I think buyers can be scared off or simply annoyed by the approach of some agents, which is a significant disadvantage for those selling, missing out on potential buyers because of the aggressive approach of the agent. I've also had interactions with agents in the past that have been very judgemental being a youngish female, so feeling comfortable with and respected by the person you are buying or selling from is really important.
