Daniel was great from start to finish. Very professional and positive, Daniel was enthusiastic and personable and dealt with my elderly parents in a caring and respectful manner. Daniel was prompt in all his dealings and was always there for us. He worked with us for a quick result and my parents home sold at first open at the price we were hoping for. As the title suggests Daniel is loyal, hard working, and tenacious. Excellent communication - never feels like you have to chase him. He is very personable, and makes you feel like yours is the only property he is working on. Great energy, continously looking to optimise methodology, such that your property doesn't languish on the market. Bottom line - he is invested in your goal (and bonus, will laugh at your jokes where others may not)
I am a real estate agent myself so to be honest I was in two minds as to whether to respond to RateMyAgent's request to review Daniel's performance when I was buying my latest home. However, my sense of fair play got the better of me and here I am praising a competitor! I asked Daniel for a couple of things whilst buying my home. The first was to have a second look with tape measure to see if our fridge freezer would fit the available space and it did - just! Daniel took time out of his busy day to meet me at the property and this was after the cooling-off period so he could have made excuses and said no, but did not. The second thing I asked for was to obtain a copy of the building and pest inspection that Daniel said he had. He gave this to me after the cooling-off period so there was no risk of putting me off the property. Oddly enough the report I got from Daniel was more detailed than a second one I paid for. I am now referring to both to put right the few minor things that need attention.
