Friendly and Obliging Agent

I am a real estate agent myself so to be honest I was in two minds as to whether to respond to RateMyAgent's request to review Daniel's performance when I was buying my latest home. However, my sense of fair play got the better of me and here I am praising a competitor! I asked Daniel for a couple of things whilst buying my home. The first was to have a second look with tape measure to see if our fridge freezer would fit the available space and it did - just! Daniel took time out of his busy day to meet me at the property and this was after the cooling-off period so he could have made excuses and said no, but did not. The second thing I asked for was to obtain a copy of the building and pest inspection that Daniel said he had. He gave this to me after the cooling-off period so there was no risk of putting me off the property. Oddly enough the report I got from Daniel was more detailed than a second one I paid for. I am now referring to both to put right the few minor things that need attention.
