Daniel was patient and listened to my concerns about selling my home.

I had several agencies view my house before I chose Daniel to sell it. All had quoted a low price as it had no comparable sales available. Daniel was honest and listened to my concerns, no pressure given to choose him his support and patience giving information and choices made me confident to go ahead with sale. Daniel worked hard helping me with pre sale contractors and all were wonderful. House sold first open at a great price and Daniel is still supportive after settlement.
