We didn’t have a great experience. We were told it would be a standard contract 42 days but it was really a 90 day contract. The owner excepted our offer and the house was listed as such on the internet. Only to to find out that this had been changed two weeks later so they could open the house for an extra weekend so they could see if they could get more money for it. We were never told this was going to happen we just noticed it on the internet. The whole process was outrageous. I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we went through.
