Let me tell you of an outstanding young man who came to be my light in this very dark and difficult time for me.. Daniel, having a professional representative in my corner such as yourself to help sell my property with such care and patience was exceptional, you took into consideration my family circumstance and treated it so very delicately, you gave your time and guidance when it was needed and along every step of the way. I want to pass on my sincere appreciation to Daniel for all of his hard work over the past month. I had sold my property through a neighbouring Harcourts and purchased another with settlement of both being on the same day. I was initially shown through the purchased property by the neighbouring agents. They were extremely enthusiastic in personally accompanying me to the property and once contracts were signed that’s where their contact with me ceased. Daniel contacted me in relation to the property and I informed him of the issues i was having regarding communication with agents, conveyancers and the settlement date. Daniel listened to everything I had to say. It was from that point onwards he was nothing short of amazing. He was proactive, liaising with the vendors immediately. He organised access to the property on numerous occasions for measuring of carpet and other items. On a number of occasions I had to contact Daniel on a Sunday evening or early morning with another query. On every occasion he was available and immediately did what he could to assist. Daniel was aware of our settlement date dilemma. He went out of his way to organise with the vendors access to the house a day early so items could be moved. Since settlement Daniel Is still in communication with me offering his assistance if required. My family and I can’t thank you enough for all your hard work.

Even though my house was not in the local area of Daniel's office, he did an excellent job and was able to sell after the first open for inspection by his negotiating skills and follow up calls. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was always ready to help no matter what time of the day for evening I called.
