I bought my fantastic apartment through Dan Perry , he was very good negotiating great price for me. I had a delay with my finance and Dan kept the seller informed all the way ensuring she happy with the process and everything progressed smoothly with the purchase. I would thoroughly recommend Dan , he is a very good agent , and a genuine nice guy, He even answers his phone ( I know ! unheard of right?)
