He showed his true character when he advised us to not accept a first off-market offer that was decent but not great. If we had accepted that offer, it would have been easier and quicker for him to settle and require far less work. Instead, he did the right thing and took on more home opens and invested many more hours to further showcase the home and negotiated well to achieve the best offer. Deborah, his personal assistant, was also exceptionally helpful and organised, making the process much easier.
