Our sale was conducted in a very positive manner though we were not impressed with the auctioneer. We were the only bidders on the property and ,due to our lack of previous information on auctions, were pushed through to a level thought to be above market price. We ended up with two visits for negotiations with the vendor. Daniel handled the negotiations well and has since carried out all that has been asked of him. There was no floor plan available for the sales promotion leaving us to pay $90 to the local Council for copies of drawings etc.
