As soon as Dan walked into my Home I knew he was the one that would achieve the greatest result in a kick starting market. The moment he walked into the home he started selling the home and its unique features to ME the owner, who had lived there for over 25 years! I had other agents through but none of them seemed interested in the homes' special features, where as Dan would take it all in.
