Prior to deciding to sell our first investment property, it was clear from the outset that there was a #1 agent in Langwarrin who was getting results & getting results quick. 2 Opens in the space of 4 days, nearly 50 groups through, and it was all over. It was all possible because of Dan; Dan’s Facebook video, Dan’s negotiating skills, Dan’s recommendation of a fabulous local stylist & because Dan is just so good at the real estate game. It was also the fact that Dan did have an assistant that we were able to still run with our first open and not push it back a week, which we already had done to avoid Australia Day weekend. Ash Marton is a company that are doing things different, a better way which is clearly working. Through good marketing, Facebook & alternative strategies such as video streaming they (& Dan!) turned our first selling experience into a fun and enjoyable experience.
