As an experienced real estate agent with over 10 years in the industry I have seen a lot of operators in my time. When appointed as a buyers agent to represent a client I called in Daniel and 3 other local agents. Daniel worked hard to find us a buyer for our unconventional house in Langwarrin. After an early start with a too high valuation we agreed to review the asking price and he then quickly found us a sale. A little more review at the start on the price would have helped us sell earlier, but it was a difficult house to set a sell price due to the features and conventional market geared to large builder standard design

I only have praise for Daniel, Dylan and the team at Ash Marton for the way they handled the sale of our house. Excellent communication and as Daniel has an assistant I felt like everything was being taking care of. I felt like I could be completely honest with both Daniel and Dylan and felt they understood what I wanted to get out of selling. Another key factor was that Daniel did exactly what he said he would do. He didn't make any promises that he couldn't keep and when he said he was going to call me, he did! I will definitely use them again!
