I selected Daniel Robinson to sell Unit 3/25 Potts Rd as I had seen that he had recently sold another unit in the same block and should have been in a good position to continue that success. I was not disappointed. Reasons for the sale necessitated a quick turnover and a short settlement period. I think that a sale within a week of listing with a 30 day settlement would be hard to beat. If I had wanted to be hard nosed I believe that Daniel may have been able to get a higher price but it was at my instigation that the sale be closed at $305k.
