Dan assisted with our purchase of Myrtle Street. I would say communication and transparency are Dan's strongest points. At no time were we ever left in the dark or unsure about the process. We felt supported and no ask was too great. Dan always met us with humour and warmth, which made the whole process so much easier! Dan was so helpful with securing private inspections and making appointments super flexible. Even following the sale and settlement of the home, Dan has still been able to assist us with small things that have come up. Chloe is also Dan's second in command. She is an absolute powerhouse too! We loved the warmth and communication from Chloe. I would 100% sell/buy again with Dan & Chloe!
