I found Daniel to be a very professional operator. From the start, he communicated what he need from the property in order to meet the market and his delivery was respectful and encouraging. He was realistic with pricing and explained his thought lines. Throughout the process he kept us informed with the outcomes of open homes and potential buyers. He always arrived well before the open home times so that we had time to vacate and he was always very positive.
