I found Daniel to be a very professional operator. From the start, he communicated what he need from the property in order to meet the market and his delivery was respectful and encouraging. He was realistic with pricing and explained his thought lines. Throughout the process he kept us informed with the outcomes of open homes and potential buyers. He always arrived well before the open home times so that we had time to vacate and he was always very positive. Daniel is a good listener and was considerate of what my needs where and had a genuine respect for the property and my furniture and contents. He always took his boots off even when I said he didn't have to. I found Daniel's knowledge of the market to be vast and if ever required, he was able to call on the knowledge of his colleagues. During the time after the contract was signed, Daniel kept me updated on when sale conditions were met and checked in on me a number of times when the contract was unconditional, to ensure everything was on track for settlement date. The settlement transaction was smooth and not 5 minutes after he was on the phone to congratulate me.
