Daniel helped the reviewer sell this property

No questions. First class all the way.

I resently engaged Daniel and his team to sell my 2 properties. Using his market experience we arrived at a sale price expect in the current market. I was hopefull more so that expecting to achieve that mark. With his excellent knowledge and tips to maximise the presentation and scheduling of open homes both goals were achieved. The photographer and marketing was second to none. I was informed of potential buyers and his opinion on who was most likely to be able to obtain the required finance. The entire process was excellent.
