Daniel is a popular real estate agent in the Hill area, he had couples of properties to sell while we were looking around the Hill area, and we had inspected 4 properties he managed and all sold now. We firstly met Daniel at an inspection of a property that not interested to buy, I believe that was the 4th open home, we just leave contact and nothing special. 2 weeks later, that property sold, we went to another inspection he hold, Daniel was standing in the front door and called out my name, I was surprised, we just met once and haven’t really talked, and I didn’t even show up in the Auction. We also notice he know the name of some other buyers or neighbours. Daniel must sense we are interested in the property, he approached us gently, called us 2 times to keep connected and answers questions, remind call before the auction.
