Daniel helped the reviewer sell this property

More than just a real estate agent

When signing up with Ray White Baulkham Hills, I specifically asked for Daniel to be the one to deal with as I had seen his professionalism and caring attitude at multiple open homes when looking for a property myself. As my selling agent, Daniel gave me the right advice rather than just trying to get me to spend money on excessive marketing packages that other agents in the area are known to do and when getting the property ready for photos, went out there in his day off and high pressure sprayed the areas that needed a bit more attention. I cannot praise Daniel's professionalism highly enough as he didn't crumple against an irrational buyer who was trying to strong arm the deal to get a discount last minute and also got us a great price above expectations. Daniel gave us the right advise whenever needed and was always available over the phone or meet face to face and keep our nerves calm. I will happily recommend Daniel to anyone looking to sell their property.
