While Daniel's partner Susie was very friendly & a lovely pleasant person it was very disingenuous from Daniel. The overall experience was very average. The property was grossly undervalued in comparison to similar properties sold with other local agents. Based on sales & marketing & neighbours disbelief! I felt my home wasn't properly supervised during open houses as several items were moved/messed & bathrooms used. Poor understanding/exploitation of my needs/circumstances. Largely focused on potential buyers needs instead of mine to get a quick sale. Eg. I had very firm settlement date that was impossible for me to change due to health issues they were well aware of. Every time we spoke they asked if I'd be willing to change it!!! Average overpriced photos. Mix up in marketing with incorrect open times published creating more inconvenience. Typical sales pressure applied time & time again to get me to drop already undervalued reserve price. Several phone calls & a very firm text to get sale board removed after a total of 5 weeks free advertising. Gardening services recommended were overpriced & unsatisfactory. Had my circumstances not involved my ex I'd have changed agents half way through. Every property similar in age/size rooms etc has sold for an average of $40,000-80,000 more. If all you're after is your house sold quickly then these guys will suit you.
