Dan made himself always available to answer our millions of questions (as first time buyer we had A LOT). We had quite a difficult sale as we were purchasing off market from a seller who was very reluctant to negotiation and who was quite hard to get in contact with. Dan worked hard to get us to a happy medium and although the settlement took a lot longer than expected, we were very happy with the final outcome. Would recommend :)
