We tried to sell the unit in what was, it might seem, a bit of a lull in the market. Daniel rose to the challenge, however, and after a perhaps rather high entry point, and some considerable time (in part caused by ourselves), he managed to negotiate an acceptable price under difficult circumstances. Daniel is a great communicator, and we liked that he listened carefully to our viewpoints along the way.

Well we certainly gave Daniel a challenge by giving him a block on the tablelands when there was a lot of properties already for sale, but we didn't want to list it with the local real estate agents competing against everyone else. Whilst we had a lot of interest through Daniel's network it was a hard property to sell with a small niche market as finance is a bit harder on land rather than a house. We had a couple of contracts come and go - failing through lack of finance - but each one got better and more in our favor so we knew Daniel was working hard for us. End result is that we got a sale while others are still sitting around waiting - well done Daniel.

Daniel sold me my townhouse, he was very professional from get - go, he was constantly in contact with me and letting me know what was happening. The previous owners left this place in a disgrace, not only was it filthy dirty but they left a very old bbq, car battery, doors, paint etc scattered around the place, Daniel turned up in his lovely work attire and a trailor attached to his car and removed all this for me. The service that we received from Daniel @ Property4U was impeccable. We had been searching for our new home for 2 solid years when this property appeared. The property was immaculately presented and ticked all our boxes. The communication was fast and usually the same day or within hours of our email or phone call. Daniel's overall demeanour is friendly and approachable and not like your typical real estate agent. Don't get me wrong he has a thirst for the sale and wouldn't budge at all with negotiations. But we were smitten with the property as soon as we walked through the gate and had to have it . I would hope he used the same charm and charisma to sell one of our properties when we utilise his smooth selling skills in the future .
