Daniel originally contacted us due to the fact that the owners of the apartment we were living in had decided to sell the apartment. We had rented this apartment for approx 7 years and had become fond of the home. We were a little upset over the news as we did not want to move and were worried that the new tenants would not only want new tenants, but also increase the rent.
