I received an email, text message or phone call every day which was most encouraging until I signed! We then had 4 Open Houses with poor attendance, maximum of 4 attendees per week - very uninspiring! I received no communication for 3 days after the first Open Day - I received a text message from Daniel's PA - I then had to ring Starr to find out the results. Over a four week campaign we had only 13 inspections - which I found underwhelming - the buyer had found the property on his daily walk NOT via Starr! Daniel was lovely, friendly and did predict the correct price range but proved an Auction was probably not the best option. Overall, a disappointing outcome possibly due to a overload of available properties for sale at the same time but I felt like I was not a priority !!
