Daniel knows the real estate market in the Parramatta / Merrylands area better than probably any other real estate agent. His advise regarding time and method to market was 100 per cent accurate. Even his estimate of the market value of our property was spot on. In just two weeks he had managed to attract 21 groups through the house for inspections, of which 7 requested contracts and ultimately 2 competitive offers were received. Daniel conducted the negotiations in front of us throughout the night and then drove across Sydney to collect a deposit from the winning purchaser, finally arriving home at 11.30pm.
