We will begin our appraisal of Daniel Starr by stating that we had originally purchased 16 Arcadia Street, Merrylands West from Daniel's father Phillip 43 years ago. We recall that Phillip at all times had our interest during that process, and we eventually found a home in a most wonderful area which met our needs and that of our growing family. 43 years down the line, and whilst we had spoken to a number of other real estate agents, there existed a niggling feeling that we should return to Starr Partners. We were not disappointed. Daniel immediately undertook to the task of ensuring we were comfortable; he explained the process (outlining the various options as to the nature of the sale); outlined the nature of the market within Merrylands West (and the types of buyers we would be looking at), and was up front in regards to costs. During the weeks we worked with Daniel he ensured that we were across all development either by phone, sms, email and WhatsApp. On auction day he introduced his team, again went to pains to ensure that we were comfortable, and then maintained a contact with both of us as the auction took place. The end result was a figure that met our needs. In seriousness I cannot recommend Daniel Starr, and indeed his team at Starr Partners to anyone wishing to sell or buy real estate.
