Professional and personable, with a challenging market outcome

Daniel is a very personable agent and comes across as professional and knowledgeable in his communication. Throughout the process, he remained polite and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, during the first two months of the campaign, no buyers were secured, which was disappointing given the initial expectations. That said, I was relieved that Daniel was ultimately able to find a buyer and achieve a successful sale before the end of the year, which was important for my personal circumstances. While the final sale price was significantly lower than what was initially indicated and below my original expectations, I still appreciate the effort Daniel put in to see the transaction through to completion and would like to thank him for his work.
