Daniel made selling my house feel so easy and less scary from the quick initial set up of getting the property on the market, right through to the auction where it did sell for a great price in a dying market - 33k more than a similar property sold for a few weeks prior to mine. Throughout the whole process of selling my property I felt completely reassured that Daniel was working his hardest to get my property exposed to all potential buyers. We did hit a point around 2 weeks in where not many people were attending the open houses anymore so Daniel promptly organised his colleagues from other offices to spread the word and before I knew it the house was having private inspections after private inspections!! I had many questions and queries of how things and processes work throughout the time the property was on the market to which Daniel was seemingly always available to answer in a manner where I found it easily understandable, he even recommended my conveyancer who he works closely with making the process of not only selling my property, but also purchasing our new property even easier! Daniel clearly has a passion for property and I think that's why he is so good at what he does, a passion so much so that he even offered to attend the auction of the property we wished to purchase on our behalf!! Overall my experience with Daniel and his colleagues was a positive one, he managed to keep all the key players interested and got them to auction which drove the price right up.
