What a fantastic experience and pleasure it was to have Daniel and his team on our side. We met with 3 other agents before Daniel and he by far was the most friendly, warm and welcoming agent. His knowledge and understanding of the local area was beyond extensive. He offered great advice in getting the property ready for sale and provided a number of quality contacts to assist with the various services. We were always kept informed after all inspections without the need to prompt him, ever. Daniel and his team were fantastic on Auction day and we were delighted with the outcome, thoroughly believing he and his team got that bit more with their work on the lead up and on the day. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the service we provided - if anything it was above and beyond.
